New Inexpensive Raffle Game Added to Michigan Lottery

With the current state of the economy, many people are holding tighter to their money. People do not want to spend as much as they have done in the past. Georgia Woman Wins Large Lottery Prize

Angelia Dotts is a thirty seven year old tire assembler who lives in Georgia who recently won the Georgia Lottery. Angelia bought a Lucky Gold instant game ticket on her way to work. While Angelia was in her truck sitting at a stop sign she scratched her ticket and found that she had won $117,000. (18/02)

Shasta Lake Lottery Winners Come Forward

As I reported earlier in the week, the $76 million lottery had been won earlier this week yet no winner had come forward to claim their prize. Well, the winners realized they won on Monday and have now claimed their prize. Fifteen teachers and administrators at the Shasta County elementary school bought the winner ticket and were very happy to be the winners. (12/02)

Oregon Lottery Player Wins $76 Million

It was announced this past weekend that the winning lottery ticket to the $76 million jackpot in Oregon was sold at Circle K in Shasta Lake. The player has yet to claim the large prize and officials and workers of the Circle K are all wondering who has won the large cash prize. (09/02)

Ohio Man Stealing Scratch off Lottery Tickets and Claiming Winnings

Columbus, Ohio authorities have been dealing with a usual lottery crime for some time now. A man has been stealing scratch-and-win lottery tickets and then claiming the winnings at a different store than where he stole the tickets. The police have now a suspect but he is still on the loose. Robert Carey Cabot is suspected of committing the crime at least twenty times in the past month. (04/02)
