This past Friday night the multi-state lottery, Mega Millions, was drawn to see if a player would finally hit the jackpot. Well, there was a lucky winner and that player picked all the right numbers and wins the $166.5 million prize.

The lucky winner purchased the winning ticket at a grocery store in the Bronx near Fordham University. The lucky numbers were 1, 17, 31, 37, 54 and 31. The ticket holder has not stepped forward to claim their prize now has the other player who won the other half of the $333 million Mega Millions lottery.

The other unknown player bought their ticket in California and has yet to come forward to claim the other half of the prize. The Bronx winner chose their numbers at random and to receive their winnings in annual payments. The store that sold the winning ticket earns $10,000 for selling the ticket. The store that sold the winning ticket in California will get $832,500.
