When someone wins the lottery, their life instantly becomes easier. It becomes easier to pay off your car or buy a new home or just take a vacation. But when you win an extremely large lottery it can set you up for the rest of your life. That is exactly what happened to Mark Staffa from Rockmart, Georgia.

Staffa is a thirty three year old software engineer who bought a ticket in the Mega Millions Lottery in Georgia. Staffa picked six numbers: 16, 19, 39, 42 and 44 and the mega ball 38. Those numbers matched the Mega Millions Lottery numbers.

The win was discovered until Staffa checked the Mega Millions web site to see if he had matched his numbers. Staffa stated that he could not stand up and that his body just went numb. This of course would happen after you find out you just won $42 million.

The win was a staggering amount and Staffa says he plans to travel the world especially Europe and also help his parents retire. With $42 million in future, Staffa can pretty much do whatever he would like for the rest of his life.

Staffa purchased his winning ticket at Scott’s Market in Dallas, located in Paulding County Georgia. The store will most likely receive quite a lot of business for some time now since the very large win was bought there.
