Angelia Dotts is a thirty seven year old tire assembler who lives in Georgia who recently won the Georgia Lottery. Angelia bought a Lucky Gold instant game ticket on her way to work. While Angelia was in her truck sitting at a stop sign she scratched her ticket and found that she had won $117,000.

Angelia immediately went back to the store where she bought the ticket and went nuts. She was jumping up and down and screaming and the store employees had to make her sit down. In fact Angelia was so excited that she would not calm down long enough to drive home. Her cousin came and picked her up and drove her home.

Angelia is currently enrolled in college and plans to use the money to finish school and buy a house. Angelia stated that she buys the tickets one a week because the lottery helps the education system in the state. She has gone to the Technical College and her children have gone to Pre-K with the help of education funds.
