Hard Working Man Wins $39 Million Jackpot
There are many hard working people living in the United States. Many of them work more than one job just to help support their family. It has become a necessity for many to do this. Clyde Persley is one of those men. He works three jobs to support his family, one of which is a limo driver. But after this past week Persley will never have to work again if he so chooses. Persley bought a lottery ticket at a Santa Cruz market where he has played the lottery on a weekly basis for several years. But this time Persley got lucky. He won $39 million from that ticket. He turned in his winning ticket on Tuesday and will get his first check for around $16 million in four to six weeks.
Persely has a four year old daughter with his wife and they plan on taking a vacation to Hawaii and then hiring a financial adviser to help them figure out how to handle having this much money. Persley will no longer have to work as a limo driver or a candy machine operator or work at a restaurant any longer.
