A couple from Rockford came forward today and showed thier winning ticket to claim their $5 million dollar Illinois lottery prize. Nathan and Jessica Grove won the prize after playing the lotto for three years.

Nathan chose the winning numbers based on thier Anniversary date and birthdays. “I checked the winning numbers online, and then we got out our numbers from my desk,” Nathan said today in an Illinois Lottery news release.

“We stared at our numbers and the winning numbers until we finally realized that we had really won $5 million.” The Groves said they both intend to keep their day jobs and not change much of anything.

But as most say after a big win their going to Disney Land! Well in this case they have actually booked thier vacation at Disney World.
