The California lottery crowned its second $1 million winner in as many weeks as Ramon Valencia from La Puente took on nine other Aces High competitors at The Big Spin.

All in all the contestants walked home with almost $1,2 million in prize money on the show which aired June 17th, including a $65,000 win for Susana Ruiz who won the same amount on the show back in 1999.

She intends to use her money to go on vacation to Spain while Ramon's plans includes a bigger house and perhaps starting a business of his own.
