Just a few days ago the Missouri Lottery Raffle announced they had a winner of the $1 million prize. Twenty five year old Ross Stenzel was identified as the winner after he bought a ticket from a QuikTrip store.

Stenzel was attending a rock concert and decided to stop and get a drink before he arrived at the show. Little did he know that decision would change the rest of his life forever. Stenzel spent just ten dollars to buy the lottery ticket that has a ten digit raffle number on it. The drawing for the raffle was held on the 20th and Stenzel won the $1 million prize.

Most of the money won by Stenzel will be invested but he will most likely take a trip to Hawaii to enjoy his win. After taxes Stenzel will have won a total of $710,000. Not bad for just stopping in to buy a soda drink.

There were other winners in the Missouri Raffle Drawing as well. Four other people won $100,000 in the raffle drawing and four hundred and forty prizes were awarded worth $500.
