With the current state of the economy, many people are holding tighter to their money. People do not want to spend as much as they have done in the past. Many people would normally buy lottery tickets but have slacked off due to the current economy. The Michigan Lottery has created a new raffle to help players buy tickets at a low price and still have the option of winning a large prize.

The new raffle game is called Lucky 7s and they will go on sale this Monday. The drawing date is set for May 4th but that could change. Each ticket costs ten dollars each and players have the option to win up to seven hundred thousand dollars.

There will be nineteen thousand eight hundred and twenty cash prizes which will include the two top prizes of seven hundred thousand dollars. Eighteen prizes will be worth seventy thousand each, one thousand eight hundred tickets will be worth one thousand seven hundred dollars and eighteen thousand tickets will be worth seventy dollars. So chances are good that you will win a prize. One million tickets will be for sale.
