If you like to play the lotto but don't like having to run to the closest Lotto shop there is now another way for you to play your favorite numbers without having to leave your couch.

The New Zealand Lottery has launched the new MyLotto website last week and now people can enter in the Lotto, Big Wednesday, Keno and Powerball draws online. Players can setup an online account and deposit the minimum of $10 dollars either by credit card or internet banking.

Players on the new online lotto will be limited to $150 dollars a week and $300 dollars a month on the draws. Prizes will be automatically credited to your account if they are a $1,000 dollars or less.

New Zealand Lotteries is hoping that the new MyLotto website will help boost sales among the younger set as many said that they like playing the lotto but never got around to buying their tickets.
