Sex Offender wins !0 Million That Gets Police Attention
A man that is listed as one of the state's most dangerous sex offender has won $10 million in the Massachusetts lottery, but the attention from the win may have landed him in hot water.

Daniel Snay has been living in Massachusetts since 2004, in January he paid twenty dollars for a "Billion Dollar Blockbuster" scratch off ticker at a suburban convenience store and hit the jackpot.

He picked up the first of his 20 annual checks for $500,000 on January 30th, and the Massachusetts Lottery Commission says that he did gamble legally. His problem however is that the story caught the attention of police in neighboring Connecticut. Daniel Snay had lived in Connecticut for several years and officials say that they were never informed that he was moving out of state.

Connecticut Trooper William Tate says that Snay could be facing up to five years in prison if he is convicted of failing to notify authorities of his change of his address. He and Snay hadn't confirmed his address for the Connecticut sex offender registry since May of 2004, even though the state requires addresses to be verified every 30 days.
